Celebrate the Magic of Christmas with TAJ!

Terms and Conditions:

1. The duration of the campaign for all prizes starting from 15/12/2024 to 31/1/2025.
2. The total number of winners for this campaign is 41 winners / 41 prizes.
3. The grand prize winner is only one and will win a BMW 520i car, which is displayed in the mall’s center court.
4. There will be 40 winners, and each winner will receive 500 Jordanian dinars in the form of Taj gift vouchers.
5. Campaign participants will receive a coupon to enter the draw, provided that the total amount of the bill(s) is not less than 100 Jordanian dinars, accumulated from purchases made in stores within Taj Mall from the campaign's start date.
6. The prizes cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.
7. The maximum limit for receiving coupons per invoice is 10 coupons per participant, regardless of the invoice value. (to be applied on Jewelry stores).
8. Bills from telecommunication companies, utility service payments, and invoices for purchasing gold pounds or ounces will not be accepted in this campaign.
9. Only tax invoices will be accepted, and any manually issued invoice or without a tax number will not be accepted.
10. Each participant is entitled to win only one prize upon completion of the raffle draw, which will be conducted in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

   11.Invoices for exchanges or returns of previously purchased items from TAJ mall center will not be accepted. Only original invoices will be accepted.

   12. The shopping invoices must be presented to the customer service staff at the dedicated booth and stamped with a "For Exchange Only" stamp.

  13.TAJ Gift vouchers invoices will not be accepted in this campaign.

  14.The shopping invoices from stores of TAJ mall center must be presented to the customer Care staff during the campaign period. The purchases and invoices must be issued within the campaign period. Any invoice presented after the campaign period will not be accepted.

  15.Coupons must be filled with the name of the person (the one whose invoices are being presented) in the presence of the customer service staff.

  16.Shoppers must present their personal ID, driver's license, or passport to the customer service employee when claiming the prize.

   17.Employees of TAJ Mall management, as well as employees of the stores and outlets within TAJ Mall center, are excluded from participating in this campaign.

  18.If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize can be collected by their guardian upon presenting the family book and all necessary documentation.

  19.Tax and Fees Responsibility: The winner must cover all associated costs before receiving the car, including taxes, registration fees, insurance, and any other applicable charges. These costs are the winner’s sole responsibility

  20.The winner must accept the car "as is," and will not be able to request modifications or changes to the model, color, or features.

  21.Warranty and Service: The winner of the car must adhere to any warranty or service requirements associated with the car as specified by the manufacturer or dealership, TAJ is not responsible about any related issues, and will not accept any claims after the winner receive the car

22. Disqualification: If any fraudulent activity or violation of the campaign terms is discovered (e.g., fake receipts or manipulation of entries), the winner may be disqualified, and the prize may be revoked.
23. Publicity: After obtaining the winner's approval to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to photographs, interviews, and videos, for marketing purposes related to the campaign.
24. Delivery and Pickup: The winner must pick up the car from a specified location within a certain time frame (to be agreed on later) or arrange for its delivery at their own expense.
25. Non-Transferable: The car prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or sold to others. The winner must be the registered owner of the car.
26. Raffle draw for TAJ gift vouchers will be done weekly, and the car draw will take place on 1st February 2025.
27. The prizes must be collected within a month from the announcement of the winners, or the winner will lose the right to the prize, and a re-draw will take place according to the rules.
28. Any modifications or additions to the campaign terms must be approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

الشروط و الاحكام :

1.  مُدة الحملة لجميع الجوائز ستكون من 15/12/2024  الى 31/1/2025.
2. عدد الفائزين لهذه الحملة 41 رابح / 41 جائزة.
3. الفائز بالجائزة الكبرى عدده واحد و هي سيارة , BMW 520i و هي المعروضة في ردهة المول الرئيسية.
4. يكون هناك أيضا 40 فائز  للفائز الواحد 500 دينار تقدم على شكل قسائم تاج الشرائية.
5. يحصل المشاركون بالحملة على كوبون للدخول بالسحب شرط أن لا تقل مجموع الفاتورة/الفواتير عن 100 دينار أردني و مضاعفاتها من مجموع فاتورة/فواتير الشراء من المحلات المتواجدة في تاج لايفستايل سنتر من تاريخ بدأ الحملة.
6. يكون الحد الاعلى للحصول على الكوبونات لكل فاتورة هو 10 كوبونات للمشارك مهما بلغ قيمة الفاتورة ( تطبق على محلات الذهب  فقط).
7. لا يسمح استبدال أو استرجاع قيمة الجوائز بمبلغ مالي.
8. لن تقبل فواتير شركات الاتصالات وفواتير تسديد الخدمات وفواتير شراء الليرات وأونصات الذهب في هذه الحملة.
9. تقبل الفواتير الضريبية حصرا و لا تقبل أية فاتورة مصدرة يدويا و بدون رقم ضريبي.
10. يحق لكل مشارك الفوز بجائزة واحدة فقط عند اتمام عملية السحب بحضور مندوب من وزارة الصناعة والتجارة و التموين.
11. لن تقبل مشاركة فواتير التبديل او الاسترجاع لاي مشتريات تم شرائها مسبقاً من تاج لايفستايل وحصريا ستقبل الفاتورة الأصلية.
12. يجب تقديم الفواتير الشرائية الى موظف خدمة الزبائن و يتم ختم الفواتير بختم (للتبديل فقط).
13.  لن تقبل فواتير شراء قسائم تاج الشرائية في هذه الحملة وانما فقط مقابل فواتير الشراء.
14. يجب تقديم الفواتير الشرائية من تاج مول سنتر إلى موظف خدمة الزبائن خلال فترة الحملة، حيث يجب أن تتم عمليات الشراء وإصدار الفاتورة ضمن فترة الحملة ولن تقبل أي فاتورة بعد انتهاء فترة الحملة.
15. يرجى تعبئة الكوبونات باسم الشخص (صاحب الفواتير المقدمة) المتواجد عند موظف خدمة الزبائن.
16. على المشاركين بالحملة تقديم الهوية الشخصية أو رخصة القيادة أو جواز السفر إلى موظف خدمة الزبائن للحصول على الجائزة.
17. يستثنى موظفي إدارة تاج مول سنتر وموظفي المعارض والمحلات داخل تاج مول من المشاركة في هذه الحملة.
18. إذا كان عمر الفائز ما دون سن 18 يتم استلام الجائزة من قبل ولي أمره بعد ابراز دفتر العائلة وجميع الأوراق الثبوتية.
19. مسؤولية الضرائب والرسوم:  يجب على الفائز تغطية جميع التكاليف المرتبطة قبل استلام السيارة، بما في ذلك جميع الضرائب، ورسوم التسجيل (رسوم نقل الملكية) ، والتأمين، وأي رسوم أخرى قابلة للتطبيق. هذه التكاليف هي مسؤولية الفائز وحده.
20. قبول السيارة كما هي : يجب على الفائز قبول السيارة "كما هي"، ولن يكون لديه الحق في طلب تعديلات أو تغييرات على الطراز أو اللون أو الميزات .  (حسب المرفق)
21. الضمان والصيانة : يجب على الفائز الالتزام بأي متطلبات للضمان أو الصيانة المرتبطة بالسيارة كما هو موضح من قبل الشركة المصنعة أو الوكيل، ولا تتحمل تاج أي مسؤولية عن أي قضايا متعلقة بذلك ولا دخل له بأية أمور قد تحصل بعد تسليم السيارة .
22. الاستبعاد : إذا تم اكتشاف أي نشاط احتيالي أو انتهاك لشروط الحملة (مثل الفواتير المزيفة أو التلاعب بالمشاركات)، قد يتم استبعاد الفائز ويتم سحب الجائزة منه  بالتنسيق مع وزارة التجارة و الصناعة و التموين.
23.  الدعاية:  بعد اخذ موافقة  الفائز على المشاركة في الأنشطة الترويجية و التسويقية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الصور، المقابلات، والفيديوهات، لأغراض تسويقية تتعلق بالحملة.
24. التسليم والاستلام:  يجب على الفائز استلام السيارة من موقع محدد ضمن إطار زمني معين (سيتم الاتفاق عليه لاحقاً) أو ترتيب تسليمها على نفقته الخاصة.
25. جائزة السيارة غير قابلة للتحويل ولا يمكن استبدالها أو بيعها للآخرين قبل الاستلام. يجب أن يكون الفائز هو المالك المسجل للسيارة.
26. يتم السحب على قسائم تاج الشرائية أسبوعيا و السحب على السيارة سيكون في 1 فبراير 2025.
27. يجب استلام الجائزة خلال شهر من اعلان الأسماء و الا يفقد الفائز حقه بالجائزة و يتم اعادة السحب وفق الاصول.
28. في حال تعديل او اضافة على شروط الحملة يجب اخذ موافقة وزارة الصناعة و التجارة و التموين.
